After working at the Hyde Park Hotel now the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge, Mathew joined us as a Pastry Chef and after 10 years is now the Head Pastry Chef making delicious traditional British Puddings with a team of 4 chefs. He is also responsible for some of the breads and the ice creams and sorbets which are all made on the premises.
