Nicole Gonsalves

Nicole is the second in command to our Head Chef Richard Sawyer. She originally trained as a chef in India and after working in the kitchens of the 5star Marriot Hotel in Mumbai she came to England and  worked for Marcus Waring, michelin starred chef at the Savoy Grill, Savoy Hotel London.
