Byron Reynolds Senior Sous Chef

 As the Senior Sous Chef and Harvey's right hand man, Byron plays a leading role at Rules. Having worked at The Ivy under Mark Hix, helped in the opening  of the Paternoster Chop House followed by  working with Harvey at Soho House and finally the Richemont owned Alfred's in Mayfair, we are lucky to have such a talented chef,  passionate about cooking, as part of our team.
