Christian Wybaux - Head Pastry Chef

 Christian joined Rules as Head Pastry Chef in October 2010, having previously been Head Pastry Chef at Dunhill's Private Club.  An incredibly talented young Man, Christian has gained a vast amount of experience both in high profile Restaurants and Artisanal Bakers.  He has raised the standard of our Pastry & Desserts through his dedication and attention to detail, and Puddings at Rules are now a "not to be missed" part of any meal.
