The Buckshot Bullshot

 The BUCKSHOT BULLSHOT    (served on shoot days at Lartington).


Ingredients
50ml Ketel One Vodka
250ml V8 Juice and pasatta mix
50ml Beef Consomme
2 Lemon wedges & 1 Lime wedge
1tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1tablespoon of Green tabasco
1/2 tablespoon of Celery seed
Heaped tablespoon of fresh grated Horseradish

Glassware...hi-ball
Garnish......celery stick.

Method
Add the lemon and limes to a glass shaker, muddle to release the juice and oils of the lemons and limes, add the celery seed by crushing in your finger tips and adding as a pinch to the shaker. Next add the worcestershire sauce, beef consomme and green tabasco. Grate in a heaped tablespoon of fresh horseradish. Top with ice and the Kettel One Vodka. Add the V8 Juice/Passata mixture. Shake thoroughly and strain into a chilled old fashioned glass. garnish with a stick of shaved celery.
